RP250 Hydraulic Vibro Hammer of Excavator Type for Sheet Pile

Main Features

1.RP series high frequency hydraulic vibratory hammer is driven by the hydraulic motor and rotates at high speed in opposite direction depending on four eccentric wheels in the drive shaft, which counteracts the horizontal force and produces vertical excitation force.
2.The excitation force is proportional to the dimension of the eccentric shaft and the square of the vibration number. The eccentric shaft designed by RP adopts different eccentricity and torque.
3. The extra accuracy is realized by the professional software design calculation and test, which is able to make a compromise to the strong excitation force and material characteristics. It not only meets the work demand, but also guarantees the reliability of the machinery.
4. The hammer provides the interflow output and the vibratory frequency can be adjusted according to different work requirements to meet the construction demand.
