4 Axis Dispensing CNC Controller with Visual System
Introduction:
DJ8849V is a dispensing controller which can control 3 or 4 axis, and usually be used with visual system. It supports 2 to 4 axis interpolation and support for space straight line, space arc,space ellipse and spline curve. DJ88949V have multiple processing methods and trajectories and corners can be optimized separately. The model is widely used in the telecommunications and electronics industries.

1. Cooperate with vision, support camera teaching, needle teaching two mode;
2. Support multiple MARK points, multiple templates, can support up to 200 MARKS for independent correction;
3. Support visual one-click calibration to calculate pixel units ;
4. Supports mechanical one-touch needle calibration, calculates the mechanical distance between the camera and the needle ;
