1.Equipment Introduction

1.Coal rod machine is a machine for making pulverized raw coal into different shape bar. Its working principle is: the motor through the triangular belt to the transmission, transmission output shaft through the floating coupling of the power to the propulsion shaft, the propulsion shaft on the push to push the coal pushed out through the molding die head, will produce the ideal high-pressure coal rod.

2.This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal stick. It is equiped with the auto-controlling heating system. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.

2.Structural features of coal rod machine
1. Large feed spiral lead, fast feed, small advance spiral lead, saving power.
2, shaft block and cylinder block with rigid connection, high concentricity, anti-thrust, stable machine.

Raw Materials: (water content lower than 12%) Sawdust, charcoal ,coal rice husk ,stalk smaller than Length 5mm. Diameter 3mm 

What kind of materials can be used for this machine:
Coal/charcoal powder from coal ash, coal mud, coke powder, coking coal and other kind of coal and charcoal. If the size of these materials is too big, you need to crush them into less than 3mm. If your raw materials have big size, it is difficult to press and shape in the process of making sticks,

Any kind of agro-wastes: Such as rice husks, crop stalks, wheat brans, groundnut shells, paddy straw, coffee shells, palm shells, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks and so on! Of course, sawdust and any kind of wood chips can also be used! (to use these materials, they need to be carbonized with a carbonization stove firstly! )

Working Principle:
     Use the principle of spiral extrusion, compressed the prepared pulverized coal into a certain intensity of cylinder or plum-flower shaped through extruding.
     Coal briquette extruder is the main equipment in the system of molding fuel,it squeeze powdered coal into a certain hardness coal briquette sticks (various shapes according to customer's requirements),in place of block coal,it can make full use of coal dust to reduce fuel cost
