Xinweite Polyvinyl Alcohol Powder PVA-2488 is research and development production for mortar, putty powder, coating, interface agent, facing plaster, ceramic tile gap filling agent, ceramic tile adhesive, cement, gypsum additive systems, Yida adopt unique liquid nitrogen cooling process makes it have excellent water solubility, cohesive force, film-forming property, solvent resistance, frictional resistance and tensile strength.

PVA-2488 is widely used in various mortars, putty powder, coating, interface agent, veneer plastering, ceramic tile sealant, ceramic tile binder, cement, gypsum additive system.
Manufacturing Technique
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a polyvinyl acetate produced by polymerization of vinyl acetate, which has different degrees of alcoholysis after saponification under the action of different amounts of alkali.Cold-soluble PVA powder is a kind of water-soluble and environment-friendly white solid powder made from partial alcoholytic PVA by cryogenic grinding.
Physicochemical Property
(1) It has good film forming and adhesion, solvent resistance, friction resistance and tensile strength
(2) Appearance: white solid powder
(3) Melting point: 180-190ºC
(4) granules: 80-120 mesh
