The lightweight mullite castable is suitable for the working lining or heat insulation lining of various flame kilns and other industrial kilns, with high application temperature, direct contact with flame, excellent performance, highlighting the effect of energy saving in the kiln, high strength, good heat insulation, long service life and other characteristics.

The castable has the following characteristics:
(1) It is suitable for the working lining or thermal insulation lining of a variety of flame furnaces and other industrial furnaces to achieve high temperature and energy saving;
(2) high strength, unit density is small, used for the top, wall, door and other parts of industrial kiln, the weight of the structure is lower than the ordinary low cement castable to reduce more than 30%, eliminate structural broken brick, collapse and other hidden dangers;
(3) Using high quality porous mullite as aggregate, combined with a variety of micro powder and dispersant, it has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect. Compared with ordinary castable material, it can reduce heat loss of kiln by 25%~35% and save fuel by about 10%
(4) The construction is simple, which can be integrated pouring and forming any shape of prefabricated parts combined installation.
