How to fabricate the Aluminium panels?

The fabrication of aluminum panels is generally including following procedures:
1, Cutting. Cut sizes as per shop drawings.
2, Punching. Punch corners for bending.
3, Bending/Shaping. Fold edges and shapes of panels.
4, Welding. Weld the joints of folding and corners to strengthen panels.
5, Polishing. Grind welding scars and surface of panels.
6, Assembling. Assemble angles, stiffeners and other accessories as per shop drawings.
7, Pre-treatment for spray coating. Chromating, cleaning, drying and cooling.
8, Preparing for spray coating. Put aluminum panels to hangers and further polish in case of any defects.
9, Spray coating. PVDF coating or powder coating or Polyester coating as design requirements.
10, Baking. Dry and harden coating finish by stove, temperature over 200ºC.
11, Cooling.
12, Checking color and coating quality.
13, Packing.
14,Stocking or delivering.
