UHMW Capped Conveyor Impact Bar Impact Bars For Conveyor

The conveyor impact bar is made of high elastic special rubber layer, which can absorb the impact force of falling materials and reduce the impact of falling materials on the conveyor belt.The special UHMW polymer polyethylene surface is used to minimize the friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and the conveyor impact bar, and the wear resistance is good.The use of conveyor impact bar ensures the contact between the surface and the surface of the conveyor belt, and the force is uniform, which effectively prevents the belt from longitudinal tearing caused by the roller fracture and falling off, and greatly reduces the probability of the belt from longitudinal tearing after being penetrated by sharp instruments or sharp materials.


Low-friction UHMW bars combined SPECIAL RUBBER  absorb the force of falling material to prevent damage to the belt and support belt edges to stabilize the belt line, eliminating belt sag and bounce.



 Impact Bars is a fusion of three different layers: 

1.UHMWPE Cap

2.Cushioning Rubber

3.Aluminum T-Slot

All parts of the impact bar are closely jointed by hot vulcanization.



Impact Bar Features:

1. UHMWPE cap allows smooth movement of the conveyor belt.

2. Cushioning rubber absorbs impact energy.

3. Aluminium T-Slot is for fastening impact bars to the main support frame.

4. Hot vulcanization process makes sure the impact bar is integrated so well, that there is no possibility of separation.
