Product Description

HT305 is a kind of new desulfurizer with strong adaptability. It is suitable for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from naphtha, synthesis gas, shifted gas and other feed gas (oil). It is used for the fine desulfurization equipment in the industries such as synthesis ......, hydrogen production and petroleum refining. Due to high content of zinc oxide and appropriate physical performance, it can be used within large temperature scope (200-400ºC), and it can keep good activity and sulfur capacity and be resistant to higher water vapor. The content of hydrogen sulfide of each feed gas (oil) after HT305 fine desulfurization treatment can be reduced to 0.1 ppm.

HT306 is a kind of desulfurizer with strong adaptability. Because of the special additive, it has improved the mechanical strength and the capacity of absorbing reactive organic sulfur, and the product performance has reached to the level of the imported G72-D zinc oxide desulfurizer. HT306 zinc oxide desulfurizer is applicable to the fine desulfurization of raw materials such as naphtha, natural gas, cracked gas, synthesis gas and shifted gas. The temperature range is wide (120-450ºC), and the sulfur capacity is high. The content of hydrogen sulfide of each feed gas (oil) treated by HT306 can be reduced to below 0.1 ppm.

Industrial application and application prospect
The Zinc Oxide (ZnO) chemical catalyst has been widely used in the oil refining, petrochemical, synthesis ammonia, hydrogen production, methanol plant, coal-to-liquids and other plants as the fine desulfurizer of cracked gas, natural gas, light oil and synthesis gas since 1980s, it has well-deserved reputation, and is exported to Southeast Asia, Africa and Taiwan for many times.


HT307 is a kind of efficient purification chemical catalyst which removes the sulfide in various gas and liquid raw materials at normal temperature or low temperature (100-150ºC). After being treated by HT307, the sulfur content in raw materials can be reduced from 1-10 ppm to below 0.1 ppm. If ppm-level micro water content is contained in gas and liquid raw materials, it can promote the above purification process.

If the content of COS and other organic sulfur in the raw materials is high, HT503 COS hydrolyst can be connected in series in front of HT307 to ensure the purification degree of the bed outlet to below 0.1 ppm.
Industrial application
The Zinc Oxide (ZnO) chemical catalyst has been widely used in domestic methanol plant, butanol plant, ethylene glycol plant, polypropylene plant and raw material ethylene and propylene fine desulfurization since the end of the 1980s, and obtains good effect. Because the product is characterized by good low-temperature activity, simple operation, obvious desulfurization effect and energy saving and consumption reduction, and brings great economic benefit to the users, it has extremely wide application prospect.
