1. Are u a trading company or manufacturer?
 We are a munufacturer with over 20 years' munufacturing experience in cnc machining industry.

2. How to get a quotation?
We can work with PDF, igs, dwg, step etc., so u can send drawing of the ones you have available.
If you have any other requirements, we could provide professional advice for your reference.
   
3. What if we do not have drawing?
As long as samples are available, we'll send you drawing to confirm.
Sure, we can sign NDA to ensure all your design or products confidential.

4. What about the delivery time?
For small quantity or samples, 1--10 days will be enough;
For big quantity, it will need  around 12--25 days, but all depends on exact parts design, complexity, quantity, other requirements etc. Usually, we'll give the delivery time together when we send quotation to customers, but the delivery time is not fully fixed, we can discuss it again with customers later to ensure parts can delivered within expected one.
   
5. How to pay?
Usuauly, we do T/T(bank transfer), but if you'd like ways, it is ok too.

6. What about the packing details?
Usually, we will pack the products with hard cartons to aviod damages during shipping, but if customers have their own packing requirements, we can do customized packing too.
  
7. How to ship?
We can do shipping with DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or by sea etc., depends on your products and urgency, we'll choose the most suitable one.
