Working Principle
  Plate-frame filter press is a very mature dewatering equipment, which is widely used in sludge dewatering projects.The filterpress shall arrange the filter plate and the filter frame with filtrate path in parallel and alternately. The filter cloth is sandwiched between each set of filter plates and the filter frame. Press the filter plate and the filter frame tightly with the compression end, so that a filter chamber is formed between the filter plate and the filter plate.Sludge flows in from the feed mouth, water is discharged from the filtrate outlet through the filter plate, mud cake is piled up on the filter cloth in the frame, mud cake is easy to peel off after the filter plate and filter frame are loosened.
