The the two-stage coal gangue crusher is a new type of structure of coal gangue grinder which is researched and developed in view of the brick factory, coal yard. It is improved and developed on the basis of hammer crusher, it is equal to say the combination of two hammer crusher. The two-stage coal gangue crusher is upgrading of new products, it is better than the old coal gangue crusher in the structure, output, fineness, and material moisture content requirements.

 
Excellent Characteristics of Coal Gangue Crusher
1 Without the bottom of the screen grate, high wet material, never jam, for dry material wet material without any requirements, moisture content 100% of the material crushing also won't happen jam. 
2 Double rotor two-stage grinding, after the double crushing, material is directly discharged form the discharge port, and the discharging granularity is very fine and uniform.
3 High alloy wear-resistant hammer, hammer head is high and gold delicate, particularly strong, more wear-resisting.

 Coal Gangue Crusher Working Principle
When coal gangue crusher works, under the drive of the motor, mutual connections of two sets of rotor rotate with high speed at the same time, the material is grinded in the cavity through superior rotor and immediately for fine crushing again by rapid rotation of the lower rotor hammer head , lumen material mutual rapid collision, crushing to achieve hammer powder and the effect of powder material, forming the discharging coal particle size is less than 3 mm. This granularity can completely meet the requirements of bricks made of brick and tile factory as internal combustion.
