1BR2500Q is widely used quintuplex plunger pump with high pressure and displacement.
2It is suitable for continuous fracturing operation under harsh working environment such as shale gas fracturing.
3Die forging connecting rod greatly improves the bearing capacity and service life.
4The shell is weld with high-strength alloy plate, and the key part is weld with "stress relief groove", which can effectively prevent cracking during operation and improve its service life.
5Fluid ends adopts new designs, and its internal cavity structure is optimized. In harsh shale gas condition, its service life with carbon steel material can be up to 200h, special stainless steel can be up to 800h.
