Mineral processing equipment introduction
This Ore beneficiation and upgrading line is very practical for small and middle mine owner to upgrading the ore grade.
Basic Process of raw ore beneficiation and upgrading plant
1) The ore is first sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing.
2) Then the ore with a proper size for secondary crushing fine crusher, or cone crusher to get the <25mm site, then through betlt conveyor will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding.
For big capacity, in order to save energy, the ball mill feeding size will be reach <12mm, we use three stage crushing, such as Jaw crusher---fine crusher----vibraring screen-----cone cusher-----vibrating screen or Jaw crusher---vibraring screen-----cone crusher---cone crusher-----vibrating screen
3) The fineness powder discharged from the ball mill will be flow into the next procedure: classifying., the ball mill and classfier will be form a closed circuit, the big size will go to ball mill for regrinding.
4) Because of the different sedimentation rate due to the varied specific gravity, spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture. Sometimes, we also use will hydro cyclone instead of spiral classifier.
5) Then the mixture is sent to mixer, we will add chemical here and flow into flotation machine. According to the features of different ores, we can add different additive into the mixture to separate the ore which we want from the mixture.
6) After the seperation from the mixture, the ore we want always contains a lot of water, then we need a thickner to have it concentrated and then filter and dried by a drier, enventually we can get dry concentrate ore.
