1. What's our payment terms?

50%advance by TT, 50% balance by TT before shipment


2. How to ensure quality?

We guarantee that all equipment is new and never been used. we adopt new design and proper material. All terms will be met with the quality, specification which specified in the contract.

We will be responsible for any error, trouble, and damage which cause of machine's design, craftwork, manufacturing, installation, commissioning within the warranty period.
 

3. How long is a warranty?

Normally Other companies provide one-year maintenance, but we supply three years maintenance period after accepting and checking machine. We will provide a spare part which loss or damaged because of us and in-time service.

After the warranty period, we still supply lifelong technical support and after-service.


4. How to ensure our after-service?

We are a professional manufacturer with solid technology and technical team. we can supply professional, comprehensive technical service which includes the whole process from selling to after-service, and solve all problem of craftwork option, process design, equipment installation and commissioning in production.

The machine is guaranteed for one year, except for wearing parts. And the delivery shall be arranged within three days upon receipt of the customer's demand.

FAULT REPAIR
Receive customer questions via phone, video, email, etc., provide solutions within half an hour. For problems that cannot be solved online, we will send our after-sales staff abroad to your company for maintenance.
REGULAR RETURN VISITS
After the customer receives the machine, we will contact the customer regularly to ask about the customer's usage of the machine. We will pay a return visit every half a month or once a month.

Packaging Detail: Usually packaging products with high quality cardboards. Particularly requi- rements of customer are acceptable.
Delivery Time: 7-20 days
