Applied to aerobic fermentation,  ZFQ series compost machine is mainly used to turn and mix raw materials of organic fertilizer like poultry manure, animal manure, animal manure, agricultural waste, straw residue sawdust, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, urban solid waste, bad meal, bad slag cake and other organic materal, ferment into organic fertilizer for farm using.

ZFQ series compost turner is powered by tractor, rear PTO shaft mounted and walking besides tractor on working.

Robust structure guarantees even turning, enhances even heat transfer. Keep the good bacteria and kill the bad ones, organic fertilizer is fully fer-mented. Thus, the effectivenessof compost is highly improved.

The compost turner is equipped with bacteria liquid tank and spraying manifold system. Spraying the zymogeneous bacteria into the materials while composting, Can greatly shorten the fermentation cycle.

The rotor is designed with big diameter of 600mm, high yield up to 1500m3/h. And we own the national patent of this rotor.
