Product Description:
Plastic filler masterbatch refers to the masterbatch, which is made by mixing all kinds of additives, fillers and a small amount of carrier resin in the process of plastic processing and molding for the convenience of operation.
Barium sulfate filling masterbatch is specially used in LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE blown film products to improve tensile properties, opening and tear strength. The refractive index of masterbatch is very close to that of polyethylene, and the particle size of inorganic material is smaller than nano meter, and the light wave pass through rate of visible light (390-780mm) is high, so the transparency of the product is not affected by adding appropriate amount of masterbatch.


 Product Application:
BaSO4 filler masterbatch, which is with good light penetration, can be used for greenhouse agricultural films that requires high transparency, and can also be used with transparent packaging films, plastic bags, cling film and other high-end blown film products.
