Self-flowing castable is a castable refractory material which can flow and degassing without vibration.Its characteristic is not to reduce or significantly reduce the castable properties of the conditions, the appropriate addition of water, without vibration can be poured into a variety of shapes of construction body.Artesian castable is especially suitable for thin wall or complex shape can not be used in vibration molding parts.
The composition of artesian castables is developed on the basis of low - cement and ultra - low - cement castables.It is composed of refractory aggregate, powder and dispersant of certain size, the key of which is the reasonable use of ultramicro powder size, quantity and dispersant, so that the castable can reach the self-flowing and self-spreading.
