Product Desciption
1. Superheater Arrangement, specification and material:
Arrnagement and specification:
The boiler superheater is divided into three grades: screen, high and low grade. The high and low grades are of suspension structure and stageredly arranged in back-end gas flue of vertical well type after cyclone separator. Saturated steam is drawn into 4 superheater screens by 4 saturated-steam connecting tubes on the drum; then enters two primary desuperheaters, upper header of suspension tube, low temperature superheater tubing where the saturated steam will be heated, next into the secondary desuperheater After its temperature has been regulated by desuperheater, the saturated steam enters into HT superheater inlet header through 8 tubes of φ108×10 where it will be heated by HT superheater tubing, and finally into suerheater outlet header through enclosure wall tube and is sent into turbine through main steam valves.
Both HT and LT superheaterd adopt counter-flow arrangement. The collection and distribution of steam is evenly arranged along width to improve the unevenness of flow in headers and to avoid refracted flow of steam that will cause the overheating of local coil tubes.
Superheated steam temperature is regulated by Wenturi spray desuperheater with feeding water not only to guarantee turbine to get qualified superheated steam but also to prevent superheater tubes from being burned out due to bad working environment. There are equipped with wearing tiles at the inlet of each grade flue gas to prevent wearing.
Material:
In order to ensure safety operation, 15CrMoG seamless steel tubes shall be used for LT superheater and 12Cr1MoVG/SA213 T91 seamless steel tubes for screen and HT superheaters.
