Introduction
The tube oil skimmer is also called tube oil removing machine.It is applied to separate the oil from waste water,specially the floating oil on liquid surface.The skimmer consists of drive motor,drive wheel,oil removing tube and cover.Usually the cover is carbon steel or stainless steel.And the install bracket is optional.

Working process
The motor drives the wheel to make the oil moving tube to rotate.While the tube is rotating,the liquid surface will fluctuate.The floating oil will move according to the direction of tube and be absorbed on the tube.The the tube covered with floating oil will enter into the main body of oil skimmer.After pass through the oil scraper,the floating oil will be removed and flow out from oil outlet into waste oil container.The clean tube will enter the waste water tank again.This circle will repeat.Due to the rugged design,the tube oil skimmer can work continually 24hrs.
And according the viscosity and thickness of floating oil,the oil skimmer can absorb about 50-100L oil per hour.

Installation
The tube oil skimmer is external installation.Put the oil removing tube on the surface of liquid.And install the main body above the water tank.The oil removing tube can be adjusted freely on the liquid surface.The user can guide the position according the actual situation.Then the tube can reach any place of the liquid surface in the tank.
