HL-19D can be added directly in the process of use without polar activator due to its extremely easy-dispersion.
In general,HL-19D has no need to make pre-gel.

Dosage
The addition quantity of HL-19D depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-19D accounts for 0.15%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.
Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-19D with less dosage and more profits.
