ZM-320 rotary/semi-rotary label die-cutting machine is new developed converting machine equips with inline slitter. This machine adopts latest Rexroth-Bosch (Germany) servo and control system, include: unwinder, web-guider, lamination, register die-cutter, slitter and reminder.

The register die-cutting system is our patented product; it can be full rotary or semi-rotary die-cutter according to the production requirement. When ZM-320 runs in semi-rotary mode, the tension among unwinder, web-guider and rewinder will be the same (different from traditional intermittent type), the material will not run away during the die-cutting. Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder, if you have different applications; the only job is to change the flexible die.
