PEW ENMAELLED CCA WINDING WIRE(HS:854419) is a new electromagnetic wire taking copper clad aluminum as inner conductor material, with characteristics between copper and aluminum. Its characteristics are between copper and aluminum, combining the excellent electrical conductivity of copper and the light weight of aluminum.
The product is widely applied in transformer, electromotors, generator and other similar electrical instruments

1. Diameter: 0.10 to 3.5mm
2. Divided into 10 and 15% according to volumetric scale of copper layer
3. Nominal density is 3.32 to 3.63g/cm?, 24 to 40% of pure copper wire , Under same weight, length is 2.5 to 2.7 times that of pure copper wire
4. Bimetallic wire with copper cladding concentrically covering an aluminum core, integrating beneficial properties of wonderful conductivity of copper and lightweight of aluminum
5. DC resistivity at temperature of 20°C is less than 0.02676Ωmm2/m
6. Commonly used in CATV and other high-frequency conduct cable
7. Mainly used as conductor under high-frequency in coaxial cable taking place of pure copper wire
