Working Principle of gravel washer:
 
When the Sand washer is working, after slow down when go through the triangle, decelerator, gear wheel in proper order, the motor will drive the impeller to move slowly.
Then the sand is sent into the wash tank through the feeder, in the driven of the impeller, and grinding with each other, the impurity covered onto the sand is eliminated, at the same time, the vapor layer which is on the surface of the sand is also destroyed, so as to dehydrate.
At the same time, feed water that forms strong flow, so as to take away the impurity and the foreign matter in low proportion timely, and expelled from the overflow export, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
The clean sand is taken away by the blade, at last the sand is sent into the outlet tank from the rotary blade, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
