Efficiency Saving Energy Air End Screw
The air end features a big rotor with a low speed and two independent compression units.
High efficiency and dependability Low vibration and low noise. Per stage, there is a low compression ratio. Volumetric efficiency is improved. Leakage is reduced. The shaft bears less force and has a longer life since the same power is used by two heads to bear the load.
The air end has a large rotor that rotates slowly and comprises two separate compression units. Permanent magnet motors that save energy
The main motors are energy efficient IP54 rated permanent magnet motors that have been carefully chosen to meet the needs of the air compressor application, all of which meet national level energy efficiency standards, torque, and load to meet specific design criteria in order to optimize motor efficiency and power factor under load conditions. Other motor efficiencies are about 5-8 percent better than this optimum factor.

Because the inverter screw compressor makes use of the inverter's stepless speed control feature, it can achieve rapid pressure adjustment and control, and air pressure stability is improved exponentially; because the inverter adjusts the motor speed in real time based on actual air consumption, it can also let the compressor sleep automatically when the air consumption is low, which saves energy.Because the operation frequency is lower than the working frequency during steady operation, mechanical noise is reduced and mechanical wear and tear is minimal; the air storage tank's capacity is limited.
