High effiency line filter for compressed air

 

The filter (air compressor) is used to remove impurities such as oil, moisture and dust in the compressed air. Different application occasions have different requirements for air source filtration. The filters are divided into primary filters, secondary filters and high efficiency filters. The primary filter, also known as the simple filter, is placed in the air compressor station after the dryer, commonly used filters, felts, silica gel, coke and other materials for adsorption and filtration, and its dust filtering efficiency is 50% to 70%.

 

The secondary filter, also known as the water separator, is the most widely used in pneumatic systems, and its dust filtering efficiency is 70% to 90%. High-efficiency filter is a precision water filter with a small filter element aperture. It is often used in pneumatic sensors and detection devices. It is installed after the secondary filter as the third stage of filtration, and its ash filtration efficiency reaches 99%
