 Option 1.Samples charge:According to your design . Sampling time:3-7days,accept refund if order.
 Option 2.Samples charge:Free for Existing Samples Sampling time:2 days
 
2. Delivery:
 1.The order will be finished before the lead-time. 
 2.Photo (product and package of the order) will be sent to customer before shipment.
 3.All the clear documents will be sent to Customer on our express account.(Full set B/L,Invoice and Packing list)
 
3. Shipping:
 we can accept express/ sea shipping/ air shipping, all depends on your requests.
 
4. I have no importing experience, how can you arrange shipping to my office?
 For this point, no need to worry. If you are buying big quantity, we can offer you price term DDP. You will get goods at your warehouse without scratching the head. If you buy small quantity, we have special discount with FEDEX, UPS, DHL,TNT, CHINA POST, you will get goods easily in your office.

5. I never pay to China, how can I pay you?
