Loreek brand High Efficiency palm kernel oil filtration Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter (VPLF) is one kind of low pressure filtration equipment. Its main filter elements is filter leaves constructed by multi-layer stainless steel filter mesh.
Its filtration effect is realized by both filter mesh and filter cake. According to test, the filtration precision can reach 5-10 microns.

High Efficiency pressure leaf filter Construction:
The main leaf filter elements of vertical leaf filter is inner filter leaves. Each filter leaf is constructed by 5 layer filter mesh(2 layers filter mesh, 2 layer support mesh and middle support frame). Surely we support 7 layers' construction. The mesh size and filtration precision is determined by the materials that need to be treated.
