Q2: How to get a quotation? 
A: We need to get specific details, such as size, color, thickness, quantity, edge, etc. 

Q3: Can you do the production as customized? 
A: Yes, we have a professional technique team, we could produce the glass depends on your requirements. 

Q4. What the your glass package? Are they safe? 
A: Wooden pallets for Ocean and Land Carriage. The pallets will be very strong and every loading worker has 24 years packed, loading and fixation pallets with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading. 

Q5. What is your payment term? 
A: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance, 70% after get the copy of B/L. 
You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight. 

Q6. What is your minimum order quantity? 
Answer: Our MOQ is one full 20 feet container. 
Products of different sizes and specifications could be mixed in one container. 

Q7. Can you supply a free sample? 
Answer: Yes,  you only need to pay the cost of express. 
 
Q8: How long you could prepare samples?
Ans:Normally 3days if we have the sample in hand. If customized one, about a week around.
 
Q9: How about batch order production?
Ans: normally 3-15days or so
 
Q10:Do you inspect the finished products?
 Ans:Yes, We will do inspection according to ISO 9000 standard and ruled by our QC staff.
 
Q11: How do you ship the goods?
 Ans: by sea, by air, by courier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT etc.)
