Company Introduction:
Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation (BJTYZ), affiliated to the State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC) and held by China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd, is one of the largest and earliest manufacturers for UHMWPE/HMPE fiber since 1994 and its composite ballistic materials including but not limited to PE UD, aramid UD and other ballistic products.
As a National High-tech Enterprise specialized in R&D, production and sales of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and its composites, BJTYZ has become a word-famous high performance fiber supplier. The research & development center which has an innovation team of 90 technicians, including nearly 30 postgraduates. Their developmental achievement has won the Second Prize for National Science and Technology Advance in 2009, also their inventive patent has achieved the 11th China Patent Award of Excellence in 2009.

UHMWPE is a super engineering plastic that is probably not as well-known as some other engineering plastics but can out perform its relatives in a number of important areas. UHMW (aka UHMW-PE) offers a combination of excellent properties outstanding abrasion resistance, superior impact resistance, non-sticking and self-lubricating properties and excellent mechanical properties, even in cryogenic conditions. UHMW product reduces noise from impact & vibration. It is a self-lubricating material that is chemical, corrosion, and wear-resistant. And its food safe. The weight is light, the is 1/8 of the rolled steel. Life is higher than steel. The wear resistance is 3 to 7 times of carbon steel and stainless steel.

Each bobbin of our UHMWPE fiber has a bar code inside, throught which we could track the data record on central computer and learn all the property, producing date, spinning date, machine status, etc. This code is the "ID card" of each bobbin of fiber throughout its life.
