This product has following characteristics: (1) single component room temperature moisture solidifies, the curing velocity quickly, the high cohesiveness, the high elasticity, does not have the pollution to the parent metal without the corrosion; (2) outstanding bears low and damp, the oil resistance, bears the weary vibration, the water resistance and bears the climate old chemical property; (3) does not contain the solvent, after the curing does not contract also non-toxic, may and the tap water contact; (4) may duplicate spread many kinds of river character, the solvent, the rubber base coating
Scope Of Application:
This product can be widely used for bonding of glass,rubber,lumber,ceramics,metal and textile fiber surface.This product not suitable to use in seep out the fat,the plasticizer or the solvent material surface;in the airtight place and the rime not,successive years immerses or all year long the moist place.
Using Method:
1. Eliminates the rubber spot surface with the cotton yarn the dust, the greasy dirt and water.
2. Dust the metal foil behind the aluminum tube, punctures with the sharp shape the orifice, turns on lathe the plastic rubber mouth, according to needs the size in the rubber mouth place aperture. Put the glue on the joint place and fix the size within 15 minutes.
3. The operation temperature is generally at 5-35ºC,humidity at 65%-75% is the best.
Warning:
1. Use up once opened .Otherwise must seal the preservation strictly.
2. Avoids the skin or the eye contact, if contacts carelessly, uses the massive clear water to flush and to go see a doctor immediately.
3. When is been heavy by the cementation work piece or needs to move, in the solidification time needs the auxiliary means localization.
4. The working conditions maintain enough ventilate.
Storage And Packing:
1.The product is non-flammable. keep dry and shade,air tight during storage.
2. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
