Cleaning section
 for the 100T/24H 
maize flour mill:		1, High-speed vibrating sieve:For primary cleaning of raw maize through exchanging sieve the plate of different spec. It can remove the light impurities/dust by collocating with a vertical air separator.
2, Gravity classify destonerTo remove same-sized stones and clods in the maze, with the good effect of grading and destoning, lower power consumption, lower noise. It can remove the light 
impurities/dust by collocating with vertical air separator.
3, Moisture Damper:Designed by European technology, with double-layer 
which can reduce free water, then the maize meal, the quality will be better. Large water adding, uniform moisturizing, lower power consumption.
4, Degerminator:Japan technology, new style machine. It can scrub the bran skin from the maize kernel and dislodge the germ from its cavity. This equipment can produce super white maize meal with the minimum reduction in the size of the broken fragments.
 5, Rotating sieve:Playing a good role in separating grains in different grades
according to the different sizes and weights. Widely used in maize flour processing.

This is the photo of the roller mill workshop,
which shows the painting system, and the processing workshop. And one finished roller mill.
For this is the auto-roller mill, the feeding system is auto-feeding. And The roller mill needs to be ordered at a client's request.
The fluting parameter is different.

The roller mill control system can be digital or buttons according to the client's request. Each part of the roller mill is made by sincerely processing.
