Structure:

The plates are pressed by the sectional pressing process,the plate pair is welded by resistance seam welding, the outer edge and  plate pair gap are welded by Argon arc welding robot,all plate bundles are welded in the shell.
This equipment has the advantage of high heat transfer and compact structure of plate type heat exchanger and high temperature and high pressure resistance of shell and tube heat exchanger.
It is an ideal equipment to replace the shell and tube heat exchanger in some special heat transfer process.

the product consists of  the heat exchanger core, shell, pressing plate, bearing plate, baffle plates, end plates, flanges, clamping studs, brackets and other components



Advantages of semi-round plate and shell heat exchangers: 

1. High heat transfer efficiency. Corrugated SS steel welding unit is the core of HE for forming the flowing bundle influenced, increase the heat exchanging efficiency.
2. Low pressure drop. In the same heat transfer area, circulation area of all-welded plate heat exchanger circulation area is about more five times than that of tubular heat exchanger.
3. The core is assembled by thin plates, which is 0.5 to 1.2mm thickness for compact structure  and light weight processing, that saves more cost,place and volume comparing with tubular heat exchanger.
