Film fuse explosion proof principle:
Cbb60 Starter Washing Machine Capacitor 400VAC 450VAC 500VAC Motor Running CapacitorThis kind of capacitor utilizes metallized polypropylene film as the dielectric. The electrode is made by a deposition technology, in which evaporating boat heats metal atoms under the condition of high vacuum and then metal atoms are melted, evaporated and sprayed on the surface of film. During the evaporation, the block oil is printed on the surface of film by embossing roll in order to preventing the metal from depositing on the film, forming a net structure. The 0.5 mm width metallized coating connects the adjacent grids, working as a fuse.When a point in a grad is breakdown, the junctions around this grid are burn out by the short circuit current at the breakdown moment, disconnecting the power supply to the breakdown area and avoiding further spread breakdown, so as to activate protection.
