The power grade, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors are per the national standard G8755 (rotating motor quota and performance) and the IEC standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission. The motor energy efficiency conforms to the first class energy efficiency stipulated by GB30254-2013.
The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of the electric name part conform to the corresponding standards of the national standardization group maple ISO of the national standard GB1800-1804. The shell protection grade of the motor is according to the protection grade (1P code) of the overall structure of the GB49 42.1 and IEC60034-5 late conversion motors). The standard grade force P54 can also hate to produce other protection grades according to the requirements of the users.
The structure shows that the YX3 column adopts full heat sink seat, which has high mechanical strength and good wind performance, the high discharge rate of motor and good economy, adopts low adhesive insulation structure, F grade insulation, VPI integral dipping process, the high impact strength of main insulation and conductor sleeping room insulation, adopts strong high core hesitant aluminum rotor or steel bar rotor, which ensures the reliability of the motor completely closed design. The external fan of IP54 or IP55: the high-speed motor is a one-way fan, which has the characteristics of low noise and high wind pressure, and the motor is not allowed to reverse.
