Food Grade Magnetic Liquid Traps(Liquid Magnetic Separator) consists of a group of magnetic grates and stainless steel housing outside.
Liquid Powder Pipeline Magnetic trap is composed of the filter body and the magnet bars in the center. magnetic filter inline is designed to remove ferrous contamination from different viscosity levels of liquid or powder. The magnet rods could be pulled out from the top when cleaning, The ferrous will fall off and makes the cleaning easy. Liquid Powder Pipeline Magnetic trap could be used in food, beverage, dairy with a food-grade mirror polish Ra<0.4um, No dead conner for bacteria growth. Or in industries application, Such as water treatment, chemical industries. with a stronger pressure design.
The magnetic field strength must be at a surface Gauss level (3000G--10000GS)
This is a physical water conditioning system that uses magnetism.

How to do cleaning Magnetic Liquid Traps?
