Payoff reel and tension reel can be customized

Payoff reel : /Uncoiler
Structure: Pay-off reel is consisted of mandrel, mandrel drive, removable housing and base frame etc. Mandrel is segment type and can be expanded and retracted via expansion cylinder. Mandrel is arranged on hollow   shaft of gear wheel inside the reducer gear box and driven by one AC VF electric motor via gear reducer. Rotary oil feeder of expansion cylinder is fixed on casing of gear reducer, and will not be rotated together with mandrel. 
 
Tension reel:/ Recoiler
Structure: Tension reel is consisted of mandrel, outboard bearing unit, mandrel drives, removable housing and base frame etc. Mandrel is four-segment type and can be expanded and retracted by expansion cylinder. Mandrel is arranged on hollow shaft of gear wheel inside the reducer gear box and driven by one AC VF electric motor via gear reducer. Rotary oil feeder of expansion cylinder is fixed on casing of gear reducer, and will not be rotated together with mandrel.
