1, introduction 
The single-phase STS keypad energy meter adopts the most advanced solid-state and integrated circuit technology featured in super low power loss and advanced SMT technology for measuring AC single-phase active power. The product complies with IEC 62053-21 Part 21, the Special Requirements for Energy measuring Equipment: Level 1 and Level 2 of Static AC Energy Meter' and other standards. Communication protocol adopts IEC 62056-21 standard. The 20-bit code in STS algorithm is in accordance with the related standards stipulated in IEC 62055 standards transmission specifications (STS).

2,main functions
Electric energy metering function: Electric energy metering function: the metering of the total active energy, the quantity of electricity in reverse way can be accumulated in normal way.
Output interface: the interface has optical coupling isolator and the active and passive pulse.
Reverse function: when the electric energy is in reverse way, the light will be on to get attention.
Battery back-up: when the external power source has no electricity, the meter will still show the last electric energy data with the battery back-up.
