This machine is a full-automatic high-speed one drag one mask machine. One body machine is connected with an ear belt machine. The roll material is loaded, the non-woven fabric is folded, and the nose bar is cut off. Then the mask body is sliced out, and then the mask piece is transported to the ear belt machine through the conveyor belt. The ear belt machine completes the ear belt welding of the mask, thus completing the production of an ear belt mask product. This machine adopts PLC touch screen control, full servo motor drive, stable performance, ultrasonic welding, accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.whole production line only need 1 operator.
