Q2.How long is the delivery time?

A2.The delivery time of different goods is Not same. Please confirm the delivery time with the Trade Manager before placing the order.

Q3.Will there be color shading?

A3.The color of the product image is affected by the factors such as photography, lighting, display parameter, etc., please refer to the object you receive.

Q4.After-sales service

A4.Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems during installation. We can provide professional advice.If there is any quality problem when you receive the product (non-human factor or not used), we will accept the refund and replacement unconditionally after confirmation, and we will be responsible for the related expenses.

Q5.Matters needing attention?

A5.Our products have been carefully inspected before delivery. Please confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the quantity of goods is not correct or the goods are damaged, please do not sign it and contact the customer service for refund and replacement.
