P Type Backwash Filter With 500 Micron Perforated Mesh
Structure and work principle
P type backwashing drainage filter is made up of the high quality carbon steel cartridge, stainless steel wedge strainer of special structure, butterfly valve and drainage device. When the filter works, the butterfly valve will be open, the water flow gets into the filter through the entrance, after the filtering with the strainer to the exit. When the filter requires the drainage, the butterfly valve will close and the drainage valve will open. After the filtering with the first half of the strainer, part of the water flows into the system through the exit, The rest water will flow from the outer side of the second half of the strainer to the inner side. And it is discharged from the drainage exit. It is with the use of automatic backwashing of the strainer. Then during the whole washing process the system could run normally without stop.

Installation and use
P type backwashing drainage filter should be installed horizontally or vertically. When it is installed vertically, the direction of the water flow should be from top to bottom. Please take care the arrow direction on the shell should be the same with the water flow. The butterfly valve is open during the normal running. When taking the drainage, close the butterfly and turn on the drainage valve until the clean water is discharged. Close the drainage valve and turn on the butterfly valve, then the drainage process is finished and the equipment gets into the normal running state.
