Indications/Functions 1. It has a good effect on hallucination, thinking disorder, apathy and anxiety. Used in schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. Because sedation is weak, it has little effect on blood pressure. Applicable to organic mental illness, senile mental disorder and children's aggressive behavior disorder. 2. Anti-vomiting, vomiting or intractable hiccups caused by various reasons.

[Usage and dosage] Oral administration: 1. Treatment of schizophrenia: start from small dose, 2 ~ 4mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day. After that, 6mg was added every 1 ~ 2 days, gradually increasing to the usual therapeutic dose of 20 ~ 60mg a day. Maintenance dose: 10 ~ 20mg per day. 2. For anti-vomiting: 2 ~ 4mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day.



Adverse reactions 1. There are mainly extrapyramidal reactions, such as: tremor, rigidity, salivation, motor retardation, asthenia, acute dystonia. Tardive dyskinesia can be caused by prolonged and heavy medication. 2. May cause an increase in plasma prolactin concentration, and may be associated with symptoms such as galactorrhea, feminized breasts in men, menstrual disorders, and amenorrhea. Dry mouth, blurred vision, fatigue, dizziness, tachycardia, constipation, sweating, etc. 3. Rare adverse reactions include postural hypotension, granulocytopenia, and toxic liver damage. Occasionally allergic rash and malignant syndrome are seen.



Forbidden basal ganglia lesions, Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, bone marrow suppression, glaucoma, coma, allergic to phenothiazine.



1. Should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease (e.g. heart failure, myocardial infarction, conduction abnormalities). 2. In the case of tardive dyskinesia, all antipsychotics should be discontinued. 3. The allergic rash and malignant syndrome should be immediately stopped and the corresponding treatment. 4. Liver and renal insufficiency should be reduced. 5. Epilepsy should be used with caution. 6. Liver function and white blood cell count should be checked regularly. 7. When used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants, the anticholinergic effects of the two are mutually reinforcing and prolonged.
