Use

This series of servo-controlled paper sheeting machine is special for processing jumbo rolls packing material into required size, such as paper board, chrome paper, laser paper, kraft paper, printing paper, gold paper, silver paper, alu foil paper, laminated paper, carton, etc. It is widely used in paper processing and printing packing industry.

  • Automatic roll unwinding unit is equipped with hydraulic shaftless roll stands: two clamps and pneumatic braking system, which are easy-to-use during roll manipulations
  • Adopts GERMANY FAG Original imported bearings.  
  • Adopts JAPANESE SMC proportional valve
  • It adopts ITALY PHASE servo motor and GERMANY KEB servo drivers for controlling constant-length cutting.
  • It adopts SIEMENS PLC control and contact screen operation , keeps the whole equipment's program and circuit control stable and runs without accident.  
  • It adopts #45 heavy-duty steel body to ensure smooth operation and long lifetime.
