High adopts advanced and mature BOSCH electronically controlled common rail plus high-efficiency supercharged intercooling technology to accurately control the fuel injection volume and sufficient air intake to ensure that the diesel engine has sufficient combustion, low fuel consumption and low emissions under different load conditions.
Using a full-flow oil cooler, the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 30%, and the temperature of the oil is effectively reduced, so that the oil can lubricate the parts at a reasonable temperature and reduce friction loss.

Four protection
The protection module adopts advanced embedded microprocessor design to avoid damage caused by improper operation by users and enhance the reliability and safety of diesel generator set operation. Four protections include water high temperature protection, low oil pressure protection, over current protection, and overload protection

Water high temperature protection
When the water is high, when the temperature of the water tank of the diesel generator set reaches 98 degrees or more, the control module of the generator detects the high temperature of the water and shuts down for protection.

Low oil pressure protection
When the oil pressure is low, when the oil in the generator is insufficient or reaches the warning level, the generator set will also send out a low oil pressure alarm and shut down

Overcurrent protection
In the case of overcurrent, when the user's load exceeds the rated current of the generator set, the generator set will also have a shutdown alarm.

Overload protection
In case of overload, the generator will also alarm and stop when the user's load exceeds the generator's rated power. In addition, diesel generator sets have many other protection parameter values, such as low voltage, short circuit and so on.



When the utility power stops and fails, the unit will automatically start generating electricity. When the utility power is restored, the unit will automatically shut down. The unit is digitized, intelligent and networked. Realize unattended.
Avoid battery power loss when connected to the unit for a long time, and protect battery power (traditional generators are not equipped with a battery cut-off switch, which often results in battery power loss)



It is more convenient and user-friendly to change the oil (traditional generator sets are not equipped with an oil change valve, and the oil change is frequently trivial and messy)
