Introduction
The PFL Vertical Shaft Impact crushers Series vertical compound sand making machine is suitable for fine crushing of raw materials with medium hardness. The gap between hammer and impact plate is adjustable to meet the actual production requirements. The advanced hammers improve the service life and ensures the normal production.
Velocity is applied in Vertical Shaft Impact crushers as the resulting force, to break stone particles. While applying velocity rather than surface force the breaking force to be applied evenly on the surface of the rock.
In Vertical Shaft Impactors material to be crushed hit the other similar covering materials at very high velocity, simultaneously the same crushed particles come in collision with another particles frequently. The feed particles again acquire the velocity with he high impact of the kinetic energy of each other. The particles crack and crush under their mutual hit and force.
Vertical Shaft crusher gives perfect shape of final product. With the help of crusher fine and course material production becomes easy and convenient . The output size in fine or coarse aggregates can be controlled by adjusting velocity of the input material and the distance between the end of the rotor and the impact point. The final output is cubicle in shape. This type of crusher is appropriate for materials with high abrasive property and silica content.

1. Installation
We will send the engineer to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and fro travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should pay 80USD per engineer per day within the first 45 days, and 100 dollars in the following time.
2. Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines (excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 18 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.
