HUATAO High speed Recycled square bottom paper bag making machine
Introduction:
This machine is specially designed to make paper shopping bags with handles inline fully automatically. The handles will be delivered to the main machine after being produced by the handle making unit, and being cut and pasted to the paper. This machine can form the paper bag in one process from the paper roll, handle patching, side gluing, tube forming & cutting, bottom creasing & gluing and forming to bags collection in the control of servo motors (Mitsubishi brand, imported from Japan) to ensure the high precision and stability, simple maintenance and high efficiency. Thus it is an ideal equipment for printing houses and paper bag manufacturers.
Main Construction:
Feeding Unit:The roll paper with air expansion shaft going through, can be uploaded/down loaded by the arm of the paper rack equipped with hydraulic system and tension control system. Alarm system equipped to remind the shortage of paper. Also web guide is equipped to ensure the straightness of the paper. Paper rolls can be changed easily by pressing the button.
Handle Making Unit:Consists of two rolls of patch paper and one roll of paper rope. The rope will be glued to the patch paper before delivered to the compression joint, and delivered to the handle patching unit afterwards.
Handle Patching Unit:The handles (in line) will be cut into separate pieces and delivered to the reel lock pins which will be sent to the designated positions on the paper that has been put the glue and compressed tightly before delivered to the bags forming units.
Bag Forming Unit:Form the paper with handle and side glue into the tube; and cut into separate pieces based on the settings. Afterwards, these separate tube will be sent to the drum to open the four corners and form the square shape consequently.
Bag Forming Unit:Compressing the bags and outlet the bags. Horizontal or vertical bags collection type is available, both of them can be with bags counting system.
