Impact crusher is a kind of mining machine utilizing impact energy for crushing materials. When it works, under the driving of motor, rotors rotate with high speed. When materials enter into the active region of hammer plates, materials are impacted with hammer plates on rotors and are crushed. Then materials are thrown to the impact device and are crushed again, rebounding to the active region of hammer plates from impact plates to be crushed again. Such the process is repeated. Materials are crushed by entering into first, second and third impact cavities from big to small until materials are crushed to the grain size required and are discharged from a discharge hole. Adjusting gaps between the impact support and rotors can reach the purpose of changing the discharge size and shape of materials.
