GURKI GPK-40T Bag Inserter opens, inserts, and cuffs perforated plastic bags from roll stock into a wide variety of corrugated cases at speeds of up to 10 cases per minute. Advanced design features guarantee smooth and precise bag placement and handling. Furthermore, high-visibility machine status lighting, non-contact interlocks, Safety Circuits, easily accessible grace port and an auxiliary operator station are standard features on the machine.

1. Positive Bag Opening

Opposing vacuum plenums ensure consistent bag opening by grasping both sides of the bag simultaneously and pulling them in opposite directions.

2. Reliable Bag Placement and Cuffing

Vacuum plenums hold the bag in position in relation to the top of the case as the bag is pushed to the bottom of the case. Cuffing fingers are activated to contain the top perimeter of the bag as the vacuum releases and the cuffing fingers descend.

3. No static cling

Anti-static bars dissipate built-up static electricity to allow for fast feeding of bags into position for placement.

4. Fast Changeover

Fast changeovers are supported by the industry's most advanced HMI with an uncluttered design, intuitive navigation, interactive changeover and fault-recovery guides, live sensor maps, and advanced maintenance features. Scales, pointers and quick release handles ensure additional tools are not necessary. Trained technicians can complete a changeover in under 20min.
