The nose of the spindle is designed with the air curtain of the spindle for dustproof, which can prevent sundries from entering and ensure the precision and life of the spindle.

Fuselage is one-piece forming constructer with Mehanna cast iron(resin sand250,F300) through finite element analysis computer calculation analysis, collocation of  reasonable structural strength and strengthening rib and tempering treatment. Which make it own high rigidity, high strength and perfect geometric positioning accuracy. 

3. Guideway adopts square slide guideway, quenching hardness ≥50HRC

4. With the guide rail surface with polytetrafluoroethylene paste layer, after precision shovel scraping, with small friction coefficient, good wear resistance, shock abbsorption and noise eelimination. 

5. Reinforced rib type ,wide span, long guide rail sliding surface spindle box, anti-seismic, anti-torsion ability, under heavy cutting to ensure that the bed does not deform.
