This machine is one of the necessary equipment for thickness adjustment, fine sanding,
and polishing of fiberboard, shaving board, plywood board, man-made board and
panel-type material.
It is with high precision,easy and safe operation.
Standard Specification:
1.Adopt one-style design structure.With compact structure and small space.
2.The No.1 sanding unit is opposite brush in double rows,sanding is more effective for
horizontal alignment.
3.The No.2 sanding unit is disc brush.The disc adopts quick changing connectors,
change disc immediately.
4.The No.3 sanding unit is spiral roller brushes,reduce sanding and cutting marks.
5.Two rollers of every unit rotate in opposite direction, meet the demand of different
shapes.
6.Lifting worktable is driven by motor. Speed adjusting is faster with less effort according
to different material.
7.Cast Iron Calendering roller seat
Pull-down spring extends operating life.
8.Lifting height of grinding head group can be adjusted individually,all grinding head are
controlled by the independent variable frequency device.
Individually adjustable height can precisely sand according to different shapes and height.
9.The space between pressing roll is small, sanding for short material
Compact roller pitch, provide a short length of sanding.
10.Digital Control Panel
Height of processing is adjustable , easy to operate, convenient to learn and train.
11.Round-rod linear guide way control the swing. High stablity and longer lifespan.
12.Granite worktable
No deformation, good stability.
