W series metal sanding machine is a kind of equipment which is processed by brush roller. It is mainly used for surface treatment of flat plate in sheet metal industry, such as laser, plasma cutting, digital punching, reduction plate, mechanical processing and other equipment. After processing, the residual deburring and corner chamfering of flat plate surface are removed.
Machine Features:
• four or six sets of flexible rollers;
•Adopt the working mode of public transfer and self transfer;
•Vacuum adsorption table, with a minimum processing of 100 * 100mm;
•Remove the edge and inner hole burr without damaging the workpiece surface;
•Remove the burr on the inner hole and edge of the part without changing workpiece tolerance, forming a slight R angle effect on the surface;
•Cleaning brush roller, used to remove the metal plate residues in the working process of the conveyor belt;
•Reduce processing cost and energy consumption;
• convenient operation, touch screen operation panel, LED light source inside
the equipment, easy to observe the workpiece processing.
